The Chinese authorities have once again called on their citizens in the country to leave Iran due to increasing security risks following attacks by the US and Israel on Iran.
Medianews.az reports that official Beijing has stated that the situation in the region is unstable and unpredictable.
In a statement issued by China's embassy and consulates in Iran, it was emphasized that the security situation is complex and volatile. Citizens are advised to stay away from military and strategic facilities and to move to safe areas as soon as possible.
Those remaining in Iran are advised to contact local law enforcement and Chinese diplomatic missions in emergencies. It was noted that those traveling to the country despite warnings may be deprived of consular support.
It should be noted that China had issued a similar warning before the attacks – on February 27.
