According to the report, during a possible war, the sides would mainly target logistics and transportation infrastructure rather than the military. In particular, the Saint Petersburg-Tallinn line, bridges over the Narva and Luga rivers, as well as the Pskov region, are highlighted as strategically important points. It is noted that striking this infrastructure could seriously weaken Russia's military capabilities.
The document also emphasizes that NATO could select targets not only on the front line but also in Russia's economic and strategic depth. Possible occupation of the Kaliningrad region and large-scale attack scenarios are discussed.
