During the year 2025, consumer prices in Turkey increased by 30.89 percent.
According to Medianews.az, the report published by the Statistics Institution states that price increases were recorded in 108 of 143 major goods, products, and services.
Price increases in communal services are reported at 49.45 percent, in alcoholic beverages and tobacco products at 30.8 percent, in food and non-alcoholic beverages at 28.31 percent, and in clothing and footwear at 6.5 percent.
From 2021 to 2025, the official exchange rate of 100 Turkish lira in Azerbaijan fell from 22 manats 91 qepiks to 3 manats 96 qepiks, starting 2026 at 3 manats 95 qepiks.
