A criminal case has been opened in Baku regarding the injury of a 9th-grade secondary school student.
Medianews.az reports, citing APA, that a criminal case has been initiated at the Yasamal District Police Department related to the incident. Investigation measures are ongoing.
According to information from TƏBİB, on April 20, a teenager born in 2011, who was hospitalized with burn injuries at the Burn Center under the Narimanov Medical Center, continues treatment in the Intensive Care Unit. His condition is assessed as serious.
It is noted that on April 20, a 9th-grade student of secondary school No. 286 injured a classmate. The person suspected of causing the incident was detained by police officers.
According to the information, the teenager born in 2010 poured alcohol on the person born in 2011 and set him on fire with a lighter.
The teenager was admitted to the hospital with burn injuries.
