Former President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has expressed his views on the change of power.
Musavat.com reports that Sargsyan stated that the vote of no confidence against the government and prime minister is the most proper way. He noted that there are two main models according to international experience:
“There have been two major events witnessed in world history – in Nepal and France. There are two ways to express no confidence in the government or declare impeachment: the Nepal model – through violence and killings, and the France model – through parliament.”
