The expected weather conditions for March 1 have been announced.
Medianews.az reports, citing the National Hydrometeorology Service, that in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula the weather is expected to be partly cloudy, occasionally cloudy, mostly without rain.
However, there is a possibility of light precipitation in some places at night and in the evening. A mild northwest wind will occasionally strengthen.
The air temperature will be 0-2° degrees Celsius at night, and 3-5° degrees Celsius during the day. Atmospheric pressure will rise from 766 mmHg to 769 mmHg. Relative humidity will be 70-80%.
In some regions of Azerbaijan the weather is expected to be intermittently rainy, with snow expected. There is a possibility of it being intense in some places. Fog will form in some places at night and in the morning. A mild east wind will blow.
The air temperature will be 0-4° degrees Celsius at night, 4-7° degrees Celsius during the day, in the mountains 5-10° degrees below zero at night, 10-15° degrees below zero in high mountainous areas, and 0-5° degrees below zero during the day.
There is a possibility that roads in some mountainous and foothill regions will be icy at night and in the morning.
