The price of the tourist residence permit (VNH) for Russian citizens in Turkey has been sharply increased.

Medianews.az reports that according to the new rules, a one-year tourist VNH now costs at least 620 dollars (more than 28 thousand liras).

Previously, this amount was approximately 44 dollars. A two-year residence permit now costs about 1284 dollars (close to 58 thousand liras), which is a significant increase compared to the previous approximately 144 dollars.

Official authorities have not provided explanations regarding the reasons for the price increase. It has only been stated that the value of the VNH varies depending on the type of permit, citizenship, and other factors.
