An accident occurred during the South America Rally held in the city of Cordoba, Argentina.
Medianews.az reports that a racing car that went out of control entered among the spectators. As a result, 1 person died and 3 people were injured.
The incident was recorded at the stage in the Mina Clavero area. The car driven by Paraguayan pilots Didier Arias and Hector Nunes entered among the people watching the race by the roadside.
Due to the accident, the final stage of the race was canceled. An investigation into the incident is underway.
After the incident, safety issues have come back on the agenda.
