"Therefore, the 'Iron Fist' must be in a ready state."

“The burning of the Turkish flag by a group of chauvinists in the Republic Square in Yerevan shows that hostile feelings against Turkey and Azerbaijan still remain in this country.” Political Science Doctor, Professor Vagif Abdullayev said this in an interview with Medianews.az.

He stated that burning the state flag is barbarism: “What is regrettable is that some public forces and political parties also support this incident. The Armenian government is also to blame for the actions of the “Dashnaktsutyun” Party, the Armenia bloc led by Robert Kocharyan, and other organizations, in making moves and pressing territorial claims against Azerbaijan and Turkey. It is true that Prime Minister Pashinyan condemned this event and called it an openly provocative behavior causing tension. However, the government could have taken necessary measures to prevent such incidents.”

Azerbaijan has been supplying cheap gasoline and fuel to Armenia for 5 months, ensuring the easy and unhindered passage of goods coming from Kazakhstan, Russia, and other countries into that country. Azerbaijan demonstrates all manifestations of humanism to establish normal neighborly relations with Armenia.

Likewise, brotherly Turkey has opened its doors to the Armenians and accommodated thousands of Armenians who came to work, and consultations are currently being held to open the borders.

In such an environment of normalization, holding the anniversary of the so-called Armenian genocide, organizing the “torch march,” shouting slogans against Turkey and Azerbaijan, and burning the Turkish flag are unacceptable and unforgivable.

These events, which are typical examples of the Armenian mindset, show that an Armenian will never be a friend; the enemy will not desist from his intrigue, mischief, and deceit. Therefore, the “Iron Fist” must always be ready.”
