It has been reported from the special representation for the Agdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend regions that during inspections and monitoring of residential buildings put into operation in the newly constructed second residential neighborhood in Agdam city, no problems, malfunctions, or quality inconsistencies were identified in the structural elements of the buildings, internal engineering and communication systems, or other operational indicators.
"However, a case of soil subsidence was recorded in the yard area of one of the residential buildings. In connection with this matter, an operative inspection of the area was conducted by the relevant authorities, and investigations determined that the incident was due to soil subsidence rather than the building structure or the quality of construction works.
Regarding the mentioned soil subsidence, the contracting companies carried out necessary restoration works promptly, and the problem has been completely resolved. Currently, there is no danger or condition preventing operation in the said area," the statement said.//Qafqazinfo
