Oil exporters maintain production quotas as is
The OPEC+ coalition of oil exporters will not change production quotas in the first quarter of 2026.
Medianews.az reports that the current daily crude oil production quotas are as follows:
Saudi Arabia - 10 million 103 thousand barrels
Russia - 9 million 574 thousand barrels
Iraq - 4 million 273 thousand barrels
United Arab Emirates - 3 million 411 thousand barrels
Kuwait - 2 million 580 thousand barrels
Mexico - 1 million 753 thousand barrels
Kazakhstan - 1 million 569 thousand barrels
Nigeria - 1 million 500 thousand barrels
Algeria - 971 thousand barrels
Oman - 811 thousand barrels
Azerbaijan - 551 thousand barrels
Malaysia - 401 thousand barrels
Congo - 277 thousand barrels
Bahrain - 196 thousand barrels
Gabon - 177 thousand barrels
South Sudan - 124 thousand barrels
Brunei - 83 thousand barrels
Equatorial Guinea - 70 thousand barrels
Sudan - 64 thousand barrels.
OPEC includes United Arab Emirates, Equatorial Guinea, Algeria, Iraq, Iran, Congo, Kuwait, Libya, Gabon, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela; Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Brazil, Brunei, South Sudan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mexico, Oman, Russia, Sudan are considered partners.
In Azerbaijan's 2025 budget, one barrel of oil is taken at $70. The price of "Azeri Light" oil started at $79 for January, $78.52 for February, $75.68 for March, $78.29 for April, $65.13 for May, $68.82 for June, $72.01 for July, $72.70 for August, $70.54 for September, $69.86 for October, $65.87 for November, and $66.22 for December.
