In Armenia's Anti-Corruption Court, the trial hearings regarding former president Robert Kocharyan and other individuals continue.
Musavat.com reports, citing Armenian media, that the court is chaired by judge Sarkis Petrosyan.
Along with the defendant former president Robert Kocharyan, former defense minister Seyran Ohanyan, former CSTO secretary-general Yuri Khachaturov, and former deputy prime minister Armen Gevorkyan are also participating.
According to local media, the case was suspended after the Constitutional Court deemed the charge unconstitutional. However, since the decision was appealed, the case was transferred to the Anti-Corruption Court.
