President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree amending the "Regulation on the Procedures for Including Legal Acts in the State Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan," approved by the Decree No. 463 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 1, 2011, and the "Regulation on the Preparation, Coordination, Adoption, and Publication of Draft Normative Legal Acts of Executive Authorities," approved by Decree No. 2328 dated October 6, 2023.

1. In the first sentences of paragraphs 3.10 and 3.11 of the "Regulation on the Procedures for Including Legal Acts in the State Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan," approved by the Decree No. 463 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 1, 2011 (Legislative Collection of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2011, No. 7, article 626 (Volume I); 2024, No. 5 (Volume I), article 516), the word "seven" shall be replaced by the word "fifteen."
2. In paragraph 5.5 of the "Regulation on the Preparation, Coordination, Adoption, and Publication of Draft Normative Legal Acts of Executive Authorities," approved by the Decree No. 2328 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated October 6, 2023 (Legislative Collection of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2023, No. 10, article 1376 (Volume I)), the words "7 (seven)" shall be replaced by the words "15 (fifteen)."
