Medianews.az reports that this was said by American therapist Harika Dadigiri.

According to her research, people under stress consume a quarter of their daily calorie intake after 9:00 PM and experience constipation and diarrhea 1.7 times more frequently.

The specialist emphasized that nighttime eating under high stress increases the risk of intestinal disorders by 2.5 times. She noted the importance of maintaining a stable diet and, without calling for complete abstinence from sweets, recommended eating them earlier in the day.
