The Statistical Committee of Armenia has published indicators calculated per 100 people.
Medianews.az reports that according to the official statement, in 2024, 64 out of every 100 people lived in the city, and 36 in the countryside.
Out of every 100 people, 37 lived in the capital Yerevan, and 63 in other regions of the country.
Out of every 100 people, 47 were men, and 53 women.
Out of every 100 people, 20 were children, 60 were of working age, and 20 were of pension age (starting from 63 years).
Out of every 100 people, 98 were recorded as Armenians, and 2 as representatives of other nationalities.
Out of every 100 people, 96 worshipped the Armenian Church, and 4 adhered to other religions.
Out of every 100 people, 99 were literate, of whom 25 had higher education.
According to the report, 21.7% of every 100 people in Armenia are poor.
