During inspections, it was revealed that sanitary and hygienic rules were seriously violated in several bread production facilities. As a result, the operation of these facilities was temporarily suspended.

Medianews.az reports that bread production is one of the most sensitive areas in terms of food safety. Since bread is one of the main products consumed daily, failure to strictly follow hygiene rules in its production directly poses a risk to public health.

In some cases, serious deficiencies such as non-compliance with cleanliness standards, unsuitable storage conditions, and violations of worker hygiene have been detected in production facilities. This necessitates the strengthening of control measures.

Experts emphasize that since bread is considered a "sacred" and fundamental food product in terms of consumption, any violation of rules in its production is unacceptable. According to them, to protect citizens' health, supervision in such facilities must be carried out regularly and strictly.
