Although the auxiliary part of the outer circular road in Yasamal district of Baku is one-way, drivers mistakenly believe the road is one-way. This creates accident conditions at any time of the day.

“Qafqazinfo” reports that residents living in the area have contacted Khazar TV regarding this problem.

According to them, the reason drivers moving in the direction of “Shamakhinka” think the road is one-way is the removal of the straight line.

A while ago, due to the renewal of underground communication lines, excavation works were also carried out on the right and left sides of the road. This caused the road to narrow, and drivers are unable to distinguish the direction. Residents stated that this situation creates serious danger both during the day and in the evening hours.

The State Agency for Automobile Roads stated that a single layer of asphalt has been applied to the excavated part of the road, and a second layer will be applied in the coming days.
