Nezaket Maharramova, who deceived citizens and obtained their financial resources online through the measures taken by the employees of the Oghuz District Police Department and was previously repeatedly convicted for similar acts, has been detained.
It was reported by the Shaki regional group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Press Service that she opened a live broadcast on the fake account named "qemgin_20" on "TikTok," presented herself as a representative of one of the humanitarian aid organizations to families of martyrs, veterans, and low-income individuals, and falsely promised the victims that they would receive financial assistance throughout the year in return for a prepayment of 1000-2000 manats.
By these methods, N. Maharramova fraudulently obtained money from several citizens.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the fact, and investigations are ongoing.
Persons harmed by N. Maharramova's similar acts can report to the police authorities.
