According to AZERTAC, these words were spoken by US President Donald Trump at a press conference he held. He stated that Venezuela has unilaterally seized American oil, American assets, and American platforms, which has cost the US billions of dollars. He described this as one of the biggest thefts of American property in history.
"Our very large oil companies will enter this country, spend billions of dollars, restore the oil infrastructure in poor condition, and start making money for the country," emphasized the US President.
