Medianews.az reports that dietitian Yelena Solomatina said.

According to her, on average 200–400 grams, and in some cases, 150 grams is sufficient.

The specialist emphasized that fish meat is easier to digest, poultry is somewhat harder, and red meat is heavier. For this reason, fish is considered the most suitable choice, followed by poultry, and then pork, lamb, and beef.

Solomatina noted that the type and amount of food are related to a person's weight, height, and muscle mass. Therefore, a safe portion can be different for everyone.
