Another ground for terminating the employment contract in cases beyond the parties' control is determined.
Medianews.az reports that this is reflected in the proposed amendment to the Labor Code discussed at today's meeting of the Labor and Social Policy Committee of the Milli Majlis.
According to the draft, if it is revealed that an employment contract has been concluded with a person who does not have a medical certificate of health in workplaces with heavy, harmful and dangerous working conditions that negatively affect the health of the employee, as well as in other workplaces such as food industry, public catering, healthcare, trade, and similar places aimed at protecting public health, and in cases where the use of the labor of such persons is not allowed, the employment contract will be terminated.
