According to him, if symptoms such as insomnia, increased anxiety, or rapid heartbeat occur, it is advisable to reduce or even completely stop coffee consumption.
The doctor stated that caffeine stays in the body for a long time and even a cup of coffee consumed in the morning can negatively affect the quality of nighttime sleep.
Kukadia noted that although the effect of coffee varies from person to person, individuals experiencing sleep problems should be more cautious with this beverage.
