Residents of the building should be careful: This action results in a 300 manat fine.

Throwing garbage or various waste from high-rise buildings not only causes serious damage to the urban environment but also poses a risk in terms of public safety. Such behavior leads to environmental pollution, harms people's health, and disrupts the overall living culture. Legislation, on the other hand, provides for liability measures to prevent such cases.

Medianews.az reports that lawyer Əkrəm Həsənov told Demokrat.az that, according to Article 266.3 of the Administrative Offenses Code, there is liability for the disposal of household waste outside of designated containers or bins.

"In such cases, individuals are fined 300 manat, officials 1000 manat, and legal entities 4000 manat. This provision is implemented to protect the environment and improve the sanitary and hygienic conditions of cities and villages. The main purpose of the law is to ensure the cleanliness of public places, prevent the uncontrolled disposal of waste into the environment, and strengthen the sense of ecological responsibility among citizens. At the same time, violation of these rules not only results in fines but also carries serious legal responsibility because it directly negatively affects public culture and the urban environment," said the lawyer.

Thus, the legislation determines administrative liability for the disposal of household waste outside residential buildings or designated places and provides for high fines for such cases.
