An increase in meat prices is observed in the Yeni Ramana settlement of the capital.
Medianews.az reports that the prices of both beef and lamb have risen as of now. While yesterday a kilogram of beef was offered to customers at 16-17 manats, today it is sold for 18 manats. Lamb meat is offered to buyers at 20-21 manats depending on the weight of the animal.
Butchers told our correspondent during a conversation that the price increase is related to the rise in meat prices in the regions. They stated that the approaching Novruz and Ramadan holidays influence the price increase./Metbuat.az
