Yesterday, in the UEFA Champions League semifinal stage, the "Bayern" club hosted France's "PSG" team on their home ground. The "CBC Sport" television channel, which had the broadcast rights for the match, was unable to air the game.
Medianews.az reports that Manset.az contacted Shamsaddin Abbasov, the News Service and Social Media Director of "CBC Sport" television, to find out the reason for the problem.
He stated that the reason the game could not be broadcast was a technical issue:
"The equipment caught fire. We were continuously trying to fix it until the end, to resume the broadcast from the minute it was repaired. It wasn't fixed within 2 hours. We are very disappointed because of this," he said.
