Early on the morning of December 1, there was a problem with the power supply of the Baku Metro. As a result, trains on the Red and Green lines were delayed, and the traffic to and from the "Bakmil" station was stopped.
Medianews.az reports that "Baku Metro" JSC attributed this to a break in the supply of high voltage on the track fields of the "Narimanov" electrical depot.
It was stated that technical services worked promptly to restore the power supply, and the provision of high voltage to the lines of the "Narimanov" electrical depot was fully restored in a short time. The process of trains entering the line has started, but due to the brief interruption, there are currently some delays in the intervals between trains.
It was emphasized that traffic will normalize completely soon.
"Baku Metro" JSC apologized to passengers for the temporary inconvenience caused.
