The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the "Cases in which individual heating systems are permitted to be installed for each apartment when designing multi-apartment residential buildings."
Medianews.az reports that the Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a new order regarding this matter.
According to the decision, when designing multi-apartment residential buildings, permission will be granted to install individual heating systems for each apartment in the following cases: if the multi-apartment residential building is low-rise (up to 5 floors), if gas supply is not planned for the area where the multi-apartment residential building is located, or if the provision of heat supply to the apartments in the multi-apartment residential building is planned individually through renewable energy sources.
