Medianews.az reports that Rafil Huseynov, a resident of Aşağı Öysüzlü village in the district, born in 1953, died from carbon monoxide poisoning.
The citizen was taken to the hospital, but it was found that he had died. Police and prosecutorial authorities were involved at the scene.
