In January-February 2026, 5.5 billion manats worth of food products, beverages, and tobacco products, and 4.6 billion manats worth of non-food goods were sold in Azerbaijan's retail trade network. The report was published by the State Statistics Committee.
Medianews.az reports that according to the official statement, 49.4 percent of the funds spent in the retail trade network were for food products, 5 percent for beverages and tobacco products, 14.6 percent for textile products, clothing, and footwear, 5.8 percent for automobile gasoline and diesel fuel, 4.6 percent for electrical goods and furniture, 2.9 percent for pharmaceutical products and medical supplies, 1.6 percent for computers, telecommunications equipment, and printing products, and 16.1 percent for other non-food goods.
