As of 10:00 on February 15, rainy weather conditions were observed in some parts of the country during the night hours.
According to the news given to Medianews.az by the National Hydrometeorology Service, the amount of precipitation recorded was 7 mm in Shahbuz, 6 mm in Sharur, 4 mm in Ordubad and Sadarak, 2 mm in Astara and Nakhchivan, and up to 1 mm in Julfa, Yardimli, Lankaran, and Dashkasan.
West wind blew, with the maximum wind speed strengthening up to 27 m/s in Kalbajar, 25 m/s in Shahdag, 21 m/s in Baku and the Absheron peninsula, 20 m/s in Julfa and Dashkasan, 19 m/s in Goranboy, 18 m/s in Mingachevir, Naftalan, and Shamakhi, 17 m/s in Lerik, 16 m/s in Gobustan, Altiagaj, and Yardimli, and 15 m/s in Sheki.
