After a problem was detected onboard Air Force One, carrying U.S. President Donald Trump to Davos, the plane returned to Andrews Air Force Base near Washington.
"Unikal" reports that the White House spokesperson released a statement about this.
According to the information, a "small issue with electrical wiring" was recorded.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt stated that Trump will board another plane at the base and travel to Switzerland to speak at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
Leavitt added that after the crew discovered the problem shortly after takeoff, the plane was returned "as a precaution."
The World Economic Forum held in Davos, Switzerland, takes place from January 19 to 23. The forum is attended by more than 60 heads of state and government, 55 economy and finance ministers, and over 800 senior executives.
