US President Donald Trump has sent several gifts to Kazakh leader Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
Musavat.com reports that this information was provided by the press secretary of the President of Kazakhstan, Ruslan Zheldibay.
According to him, during a brief conversation after the presentation of his credentials, Donald Trump shared his impressions about his meeting with Tokayev in the Oval Office in November of this year with the Kazakh ambassador Magzhan Ilyasov.
The American leader conveyed his best wishes to the President of Kazakhstan, emphasized his respect, and characterized him as a "wonderful person and experienced statesman who deeply and balancedly understands international processes."
The US president also sent several gifts to Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, including a baseball cap symbolizing the White House and bearing his signature.
