A body was found in a house in the center of Baku.
Medianews.az reports that the incident was recorded in one of the houses on Nizami Street, Sabail district.
The body of Elcan Hesenov, born in 1963, a resident there, was discovered in the apartment where he lived, with no signs of violence on it.
