Aysel Mustafayeva, known by the nickname "Miray" on "TikTok," who was detained in an operation carried out by Sumqayıt police, has been brought before the court again.
Medianews.az, referring to "Unikal," reports that a decision was made regarding the female TikToker in a trial held at the Sumqayıt City Court.
According to the decision, Aysel Mustafayeva's detention period has been extended by another 2 months.
It should be recalled that previously the female TikToker's detention period had been extended for 3 months.
Note that Aysel Mustafayeva, known by the nickname "Miray," is known for broadcasting content full of swearing and insults on "TikTok," as well as posting such posts. In her posts, she repeatedly insulted law enforcement agencies and various citizens.
The female TikToker was detained as a suspect in August of last year as a result of an operation-search conducted by the Sumqayıt City Police Department officers.
By the decision of the Sumqayıt City Court, a pre-trial detention measure was selected for her for a period of 4 months.
She has been charged under article 234.4-1 of the Criminal Code (illegal trafficking of narcotic substances - when committed by a group of persons acting in collusion or by an organized group).
