The video footage circulating on social networks and online media regarding the driver who committed a gross traffic violation has been investigated.
Information was provided to Medianews.az by the Main State Traffic Police Department (BDYPİ) on this matter.
It was reported that during the investigation, it was determined that the incident occurred in the area of Binəqədi district of the capital, and the driver of the "Hyundai" vehicle, Telman Rüstəmov, entrusted the control of the vehicle to a minor:
"Administrative responsibility measures have been applied to that person in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.
Entrusting the control of a vehicle to a minor is not only illegal but also poses a serious threat to road traffic safety. Vehicle owners and parents are required to absolutely prevent such situations."
