Medianews.az reports, referring to Axar.az, that dietitian Vansea Leon stated that a breakfast consisting of a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, whole grain bread, and fruit is not as beneficial as believed.
According to her, such a meal can cause sharp fluctuations in blood glucose and lead to hunger again after a while. Therefore, the specialist recommends starting the day with cheese and eggs. These foods should be combined with foods rich in fiber. Only then can you move on to fruits and sweets.
It should be noted that in Azerbaijan, most families have breakfast according to the doctor's recommendation.
