Attack on Reza Pahlavi - PHOTO+VIDEO

The son of the deposed Shah of Iran, Reza Pahlavi, who lives in the USA, has traveled to Germany.

Medianews.az reports that some individuals, including Iranian immigrants, have protested Reza Pahlavi in Berlin. One of them threw tomato sauce at Pahlavi.

Security guards immediately surrounded the young man who committed this act and quickly evacuated Pahlavi from the area.

The Pahlavi dynasty ruled Iran from 1925 to 1979. Reza Pahlavi is the eldest son of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, the second and last Shah of Iran.

Reza was born on October 31, 1960, in Tehran. He has been considered a prince since 1967. In 1978, he left Iran to undergo military training in the US Air Force. A few months later, in 1979, the monarchy was overthrown following the Islamic Revolution, and Mohammad Reza Pahlavi fled the country with the remaining members of his family. Since then, Reza Pahlavi has been living with his family in the United States. He is currently residing in Los Angeles. He received higher education in political science at the University of South Carolina.

The Islamic Republic of Iran was founded in 1979, in the wave of the revolution. The head of state powers are held by the Supreme Leader elected by the Assembly of Experts. The Iranian president, who functions as the head of government, is elected by popular vote for a four-year term. The 290-member national parliament (Islamic Consultative Assembly) is elected every four years by a majoritarian system (by constituencies).

On February 28, 2026, the United States and Israel began a war against Iran. After 40 days, a ceasefire was achieved between the US and Iran.

Reza Pahlavi supported the US and Israel’s war against Iran and repeatedly called on the Iranian people to take advantage of the opportunity to overthrow the religious regime.
