The body of Rasim Balayev, People's Artist of Azerbaijan, was brought from Turkey to the Homeland on March 30 with the support of our state. Rasim Balayev passed away yesterday at the "Memorial" hospital in Istanbul where he was receiving treatment.
Medianews.az reports that the deceased's body has been handed over to his family.
The farewell ceremony for Rasim Balayev will be held at the Azerbaijan State Academic National Drama Theatre. Afterwards, the distinguished artist will be buried at the First Honorary Alley. /Azertac
