People's Artist of the USSR Alla Pugacheva has decided to sell her only apartment in Moscow, the capital of Russia.
Medianews.az reports that it concerns a 303-square-meter five-room apartment located near Arbat, at Filippovskiy lane. The apartment was gifted in 2004 by her late son-in-law Ruslan Baysarov.
The apartment is located in an elite building, the interior was designed with advice from designers, the furniture was brought from Italy, and the windows overlook the Savior of Christ Church. Pugacheva moved here after divorcing Philipp Kirkorov. Currently, the apartment is vacant, only occasionally checked by a housekeeper.
Experts say the sale may be difficult. The main obstacles are cited as the "foreign agent" status of her husband Maxim Galkin and the family's reputation issues.
