On August 29, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the severe reprimand of Orkhan Huseynzade, Head of the Aghdash District Executive Authority.
Medianews.az reports that the decree states that the executive head was severely reprimanded for serious shortcomings in his work.
Orkhan Rufat oglu Huseynzade was born in 1983 in Baku city. He graduated from Baku State University in 2004 and from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2013.
Since 2023, he has been continuing his education in the EMBA program at York (England) and Strasbourg (France) universities.
From 2006 to 2012, he worked in various positions at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and from 2012 to 2018 at the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents.
In 2018, he worked in the Apparatus of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, and from 2018 until November 1, 2024, he served as deputy head of the State Labor Inspection Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
By the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated November 1, 2024, he was appointed Head of the Aghdash District Executive Authority.
