Iran President Masoud Pezeshkian made a statement regarding the negotiations between Iran and the US.
Oxu.Az, citing the "Azad Iran" Telegram channel, reports that in a post on his "X" social media account, he evaluated the negotiations positively.
Pezeshkian stated that the Iran-US talks conducted with the participation and mediation of friendly governments in the region are a step forward. According to him, dialogue has always been the main strategy for Tehran for resolving issues peacefully.
The Iranian president emphasized that Tehran’s position on the nuclear issue is based on the rights established in the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. He added that the Iranian people have always responded to respect with respect, but do not accept speaking with pressure and the language of force.
