Pashinyan's ex-wife was sued

The "Independent Observer" public bloc has filed 14 claims against Anna Akopyan in the Administrative Court.

Medianews.az, citing Armenian media, reports that the claims were submitted and signed yesterday and the day before, but none have been accepted for consideration yet.

It should be recalled that despite the legislative ban during the pre-election period, the "Independent Observer" documented problems related to the charitable activities linked to the "My Step" Foundation, the Civil Contract party, and personally to Nikol Pashinyan. The "Independent Observer" stated that Anna Akopyan applied to the Administrative Court demanding her to be held accountable for 15 different crimes. The executive director of the "My Step" Foundation, Anna, filed a complaint on April 27 about her rights being violated by the statement from the "Independent Observer."

The plaintiff filed a claim against the "My Step" Foundation in the Administrative Court based on Article 40.16, part 1 of the Armenian Administrative Offenses Code, demanding administrative responsibility for violating the ban on charitable donations.

However, the court returned the claim for amendments. Although the claim was not returned after the amendments, 14 new claims have been filed against Anna Akopyan instead. (Unikal.az)
