During the raids conducted in 2025 to prevent the exploitation of child labor, 936 children who were outside the family environment, pedagogical and social influence tools, and 511 parents who facilitated this situation were identified.
According to information from Medianews.az, the said issue was reflected in the annual report of the National Coordinator for Combating Human Trafficking.
It was noted that as a result, 510 materials were sent to commissions under local executive authorities, guardianship and custodial bodies; 32 parents were held administratively liable and taken under police supervision, and the fact of children being involved in begging by strangers was also identified.
