Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has assessed Iran's nuclear potential as a serious threat.
Medianews.az reports that he said this in an interview with the US "Fox News" channel.
Netanyahu stated that North Korea was not stopped in time. Currently, this country possesses ballistic missiles and nuclear warheads. According to him, North Korea does not say "death to America," but Iran equals 50 North Koreas and does not hide its intention to destroy the US.
The Prime Minister emphasized that Iran poses a greater threat to the US and the West and called on world leaders to take this reality into account.
Netanyahu also spoke about US President Donald Trump. He noted that Trump understands the situation and makes decisions he believes are right regardless of external influences.
Netanyahu’s statements are considered an indicator of coordination along the Washington–Tel Aviv line during a period of ongoing military and diplomatic tension related to Iran.
