Based on the results of the centrally conducted competition across the country, new appointments have been made to vacant director positions in general education institutions under the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Ministry of Education, where the number of students exceeds 500.
Medianews.az reports that the information was released by the Nakhchivan Ministry of Education.
It was stated that during the interview stage of the competition, a total of 11 candidates applied for 4 vacant positions:
"After the selection stage of the competition was completed, 6 individuals were invited to the interview stage in sequence and gained the right to participate.
During the interview, candidates’ leadership and strategic management, pedagogical activity, organization and management, communication and collaboration, problem-solving and decision-making, as well as digital, technological, social, and emotional skills were evaluated.
As a result, 6 individuals were successful, and 4 of them were appointed to the position in accordance with the relevant regulations.
Among the successful candidates, Hasan Mammad oglu Hasanov was appointed as director of the Heydar Aliyev Secondary School, Gunel Mirmahmad qizi Guliyeva to Nakhchivan city No. 10 Secondary School, Safa Ruhulla oglu Aliyev to Sharur city No. 2 Secondary School, and Ilaha Aydin qizi Jafarova to the director position of the Qivraq settlement secondary school of Kangarli district."
