Mustafa to him in Serbia needs to buy a house

Singer Emina Jahovic has applied to the court because her ex-husband, artist Mustafa Sandal, did not comply with the divorce protocol and did not buy her a house in Serbia.

Medianews.az reports, citing "Qafqazinfo," that the court ruled Sandal must buy a house in Serbia.

According to the divorce protocol of the couple who separated years ago, their house in Beykoz would be sold, and the $2 million obtained would be given to Jahovic; additionally, $500,000 would be spent on the education of their children.

According to the agreement, Sandal would pay alimony to his ex-wife, rent a car, and buy a house in Serbia.

Jahovic stated that her ex-husband did not fulfill his obligation by not purchasing a house for her in Serbia and applied to the court. The case was reviewed at the Istanbul Family Court. The court concluded the case and decided that Mustafa Sandal must buy a house in Serbia for Emina Jahovic in accordance with the protocol.

Mustafa Sandal, however, appealed to the Istanbul Family Court, protested, and filed a lawsuit to cancel the execution. The case was reviewed again a few days ago, but Sandal’s protest was rejected.

It should be noted that Mustafa and Emina married in 2008. The couple, who divorced in 2019, have two sons.
