A technical malfunction occurred on the train at the "Azadlıq prospekti" metro station.
Medianews.az reports that the "Baku Metro" JSC has issued a statement regarding this.
"Passengers, after alighting, the train was transferred to the first track, where no passenger transportation is carried out, at the "Dərnəgül" station for inspection.
Immediately, a replacement train was sent onto the line from the "Nərimanov" electric depot. For this reason, an interval difference occurred on the "Dərnəgül-Nərimanov" section.
We apologize to passengers for the inconvenience caused.
