According to information, he has been facing serious financial difficulties in recent months. The actor was sent a 3-day notice on December 18 demanding payment of rent or vacating the house. However, it is reported that despite the court order, he did not comply with this request.
According to court documents, Rourke owes his landlord $59,100 in rent. The landlord is also demanding attorney fees and compensation.
