The burial place of Tigran Keosayan, a Russian director and producer of Armenian origin, is kept secret.

Medianews.az reports that Tigran Keosayan died at the age of 59 on September 26 in Moscow, the capital of Russia. On September 28, a farewell ceremony was held for him at an Armenian church in Moscow. Several well-known figures in the country attended the ceremony. At the end, Keosayan’s coffin was taken out of the church in front of everyone and moved in an unknown direction. His burial place has not been disclosed to the public to date.

Medianews.az notes that this matter is currently widely discussed on social media in the Russian and Ukrainian segments. Questions like "Where was Keosayan buried?" and "Who attended the funeral?" remain unanswered. Some even say that they wanted to place a bouquet of flowers on Keosayan’s grave but cannot find an answer to that question.

Tigran Keosayan was the husband of Margarita Simonyan, a journalist of Armenian origin and the editor-in-chief of Russia’s RT channel. The couple are known as staunch supporters and propagandists of the Putin regime and the war in Ukraine. Some believe that the reason for concealing Keosayan’s burial place is precisely this. According to their claim, 45-year-old Margarita Simonyan, who recently announced she herself is seriously ill, fears that those who are embittered by the Putin regime, especially the war in Ukraine, might desecrate Keosayan’s grave.
