A serious traffic accident resulting in death occurred in the Kangarli district of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
The accident was recorded at the 22nd kilometer of the Nakhchivan-Sadarak highway, in the area passing through the Yeni Kerki village.
It was found that a "Hyundai" branded car overturned after losing control. As a result, Mirməhərrəm Afət oğlu Seyidov, born in 2010, who was in the car, died at the scene.
During the accident, Gülşən Məmmədbağır qızı Məmmədova, born in 1998, Aytac Əli qızı Seyidova, born in 2009, Telli Alı qızı Quluzadə, born in 1959, Rüqayyə Bağır qızı Seyidova, born in 1981, and Araz Pərviz oğlu Məmmədov, born in 2023, suffered various degrees of bodily injuries.
The injured were transported to the Emergency Medical Aid Department of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Hospital.
Law enforcement officers were involved at the scene of the incident.
